Faithful Homes was founded in late 2017 with the goal to support individuals to live their most fulfilled lives possible.
From its inception, Faithful Homes has grown to provide residential housing in many different residential home locations in Lancaster County.

Information for host families
Host families who open their homes offer support in order to assist individuals in reaching their goals and live their vision of an everyday life. Information for individuals or or families:
Lifesharing allows for qualified host families to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual or developmental disability that birth families are unable to meet any longer, for whatever reason. Individuals are provided support to access their community and achieve their goals. The ongoing role of each birth family is unique to each individual’s circumstances.
