Ian is the Director of Strategic Development for Faithful Homes, having joined in November 2023. Formerly the Director of the Administrative Entity for the County of Lancaster, overseeing ODP Waiver services in Lancaster County, including those at Faithful Homes. Ian’s decision to join Faithful Homes was driven by the belief that the organization, combined with the passion and skills of the Executive Director and the team, provided an opportunity to be part of a truly special, high-quality program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He aims to continually contribute to improving the quality and variety of services offered. Beyond his professional role, Ian finds enjoyment in playing darts, going for hikes, watching the Philadelphia 76ers, and engaging in a variety of other activities!
