House Managers
House Managers (HM’s) at Faithful Homes are each assigned to oversee two residential homes. HM’s are responsible to ensure that the homes are within compliance with the state’s 6400 regulations while also promoting a sense of teamwork and comradery within each of the homes that they supervise. HM’s also work to ensure that individuals are out in the community and living their best self-directed life.
Direct Support Professionals
Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) are trained to provide support to the individual’s within their homes. DSP’s are essential in the day-to-day care and account for the vast majority of the agency. Per regulations, DSP’s are required to obtain 24 hours a year in training; our DSP’s receive 40 hours of training including but not limited to: medication management, abuse/neglect awareness, Everyday Lives, CPR/First AID and much more! Faithful Homes strives to employ DSP’s that are eager to learn and grow within the agency while simultaneously providing high level support.
