Matt Williams is with the Faithful Homes for almost 4 years and a 20-year industry veteran. He found his passion in working with individuals with IDD/Mental Health. His joy comes from witnessing their achievements and shared moments, like meeting Santa at Christmas dinner, warming his heart.

He values his job at Faithful Homes for the familial atmosphere, collaborative spirit, and the hands-on involvement of the Executive Director in DSP level work, setting the organization apart. Outside work, Matt enjoys family time, beach visits, exploring breweries, playing video games, and engaging in sports.
