Jessica Schweers is Director at Faithful Homes. She will oversee the Life Sharing program (6500 Regulations), Supportive living Program, Incident Management and Performance Based Contracting Initiative Jessica is a graduate of Temple University.  She has been in the working in Residential IDD community over the last 20 years.  She has a passion for growing teams, serving individuals and compliance.  Collaborating with Individuals, other providers, families, the county, ODP and Team Members is a strong value and important to her.  When Jessica is not working, she is serving at LEFC in the IDD Adult Fellowship Program and Volunteering at Woodcrest Retreat.  During her free time, she enjoys Camping, Boating, and Traveling with her husband, son and Fur Baby Paisley-Mae .  In the Fall you can catch her routing for the 49ers and the Summer cheering the Philles on.  All Year long cheering for the Temple Owls.
